Susan Zereini has been practicing law for over 20 years. Her knowledge, compassion and tenacity in and out of the courtroom is what sets her apart.
Susan began her career in 2000 as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s office in Brooklyn, New York, where she was born and raised. During her tenure there she worked her way to become a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Gang Bureau.
As a prosecutor Susan gained invaluable trial skills. During her time there she prosecuted and tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases ranging from DUI’S, theft, burglaries, armed robberies and murder cases.
In 2006 Susan and her husband decided to settle down in Georgia and make it their home. Susan and her husband and their two sons live in Cumming, GA.
Since 2006 Susan has practiced law in Georgia on both sides of the aisle. She served as an Assistant Solicitor General in Cherokee County and as an Assistant District Attorney in Pickens County. Since 2014 Susan has been practicing law in the areas of criminal defense and family law.
She has successfully defended drug trafficking, aggravated assault, DUI’s, marijuana possession and domestic violence cases resulting in numerous acquittals at trial.
